Early Childhood Program (2020-2021)
Tuition-Free Pre-K 4 (Cecil J. Picard LA4 Early Childhood Program)
Audubon Charter School will offer a limited number of LA4 seats. Applicants for the LA4 program are required to apply at EnrollNOLA (OneApp) in order to be considered for placement at Audubon Charter School.

Paper applications can only be submitted at one of the Family Resource Centers. Families applying for the LA4 program must verify income at one of the Family Resource Centers.
Eligibility
Resident of Orleans Parish
4 years old by September 30, 2019
Is eligible to participate in the free or reduced lunch program or has an IEP
Attend one (1) Curriculum Meeting hosted by Audubon Charter School
These are the documents you need to bring to the Family Resource Center if your child is entering an Early Childhood program:
Parent photo ID
2 Proofs of Orleans Parish residency
Birth certificate for proof of age
1 proof of income for all members of the household contributing to the household income
If enrolling in a Gifted & Talented program, proof of current Gifted evaluation
To be included in the “at-risk” placement to Audubon Charter School, supporting documentation must be provided by the EnrollNOLA application deadline. Two of the following documents are required for proof of residency:
A current rental lease agreement
Homestead Exemption in the parents’ name
Electricity/gas bill
Sewerage & Water bill
Telephone bill (landline only)
Cable/internet service bill
A current official letter from government agency (Department of Social Services, Department of Health & Hospitals, etc.
One of the following documents is required for income verification:
Louisiana Purchase Card Budget Sheet or Benefits Statement
Last four consecutive paychecks (if you work at least 40 hours a week)
Most recent unemployment compensation statement
Alimony as shown in a court decree or agreement
Most recent pension statements
Average hours worked per week
Letter from employer indicating:

We recommend that you apply and get your income verified early. If you are not eligible, you would be required to pay full tuition for the 2020-2021 school year.
