Early Childhood Program (2020-2021)
Audubon Charter School now uses the OneApp process for enrollment in Pre-K through 8th grade. Applications must be completed online at www.enrollnola.org. Families are asked to list their school choices in order by rank, with your number one choice as #1. The application timeline is as follows:
Audubon will host several open house dates and curriculum meetings. The open house will allow parents an opportunity to tour the school campus and observe in both French and Montessori classrooms. Basic information on the application process will be provided at Open House. Attendance at Open House is optional. Open House dates are as follows:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
Attendance is required in order for applicants to be eligible for a match in the EnrollNOLA process. The meeting is an opportunity for parents to have a more in-depth presentation of both the French and Montessori curriculum. Click the Eventbrite link to register for a meeting.
Pre-K Tuition Program
Audubon Charter School will continue to offer Tuition based Pre-K 3 (Montessori only) and Pre-K 4 (French and Montessori). Annual tuition is $5,100.00 for the year. Families can apply for tuition-based Pre-K 3 seats using the OneApp process for enrollment in Pre-K through 8th grade. Applications must be completed online at www.enrollnola.org. The Tuition seats will be offered to students who meet the following qualifications:
- Residents of Orleans Parish
- Pre-K 3: 3 years old by September 30th of the upcoming school year
- Pre-K 4: 4 years old by September 30th of the upcoming school year
- Attendance at one (1) curriculum meeting hosted by Audubon Charter School
Please note, an application does not guarantee admission into the Pre-K program. Audubon has a limited number of seats available. Applicants who are not accepted will be placed on a waiting list.

Pre-K 3 Scholarship (Montessori)
Audubon Charter School will offer a limited number of tuition-free seats in our Montessori Pre-K 3 program. Families must submit an application, with documentation to the EnrollNOLA office. Tuition-free seats will be offered to students who meet the following qualifications:
Resident of Orleans Parish
3 years old by September 30th of the upcoming school year
Meets income requirements and have income verified at the EnrollNOLA office within 7 days of application

Audubon Charter School will offer a limited number of tuition-free seats in our Montessori Pre-K 4 programs. Families must submit an application, with documentation to the EnrollNOLA office. Tuition-free seats will be offered to students who meet the following qualifications:

Check your eligibility for Early Childhood HERE. To be included in the “at-risk” match for Pre-K 3 Scholarship or LA4 programs, documentation must be provided to EnrollNOLA office no later than the application deadline of January 15, 2020.
You must bring these documents with you to enroll in Early Childhood programs:
- Parent photo ID
- 2 Proofs of Orleans residency
- Birth certificate for proof of age
- 1 Proof of income for all members of the household contributing to the household income (not applicable for tuition-based programs)

- Current official letter from government agency (Department of Social Service, Department of Health & Hospitals, etc.)

- Last four consecutive paychecks (if you work at least 40 hrs a week)
- Letter from employer indicating:
- Where you are employed,
- Your hourly rate and frequency of pay
- Average hours worked a week
- Most recent Social Security benefits statement
- Most recent unemployment compensation statement
- Alimony as shown in court decree or agreement
- Most recent pension statements
