Application Process

The deadlines to submit a timely application using the OneApp are as follows:

Audubon Uptown – Montessori                January 15, 2021
Audubon Uptown – French                          January 15, 2021
Audubon Gentilly                                             January 29, 2021

Pre-K Verification
Families applying for Pre-K3 and Pre-K 4 must submit verification of income to the EnrollNOLA office.  Instructions on how to complete verification:
Sibling Verification
If you have a student currently attending Audubon Uptown or Audubon Gentilly, you must complete sibling verification.  Please click the link below to complete sibling verification.  You will need the following information to complete verification: 
  • Applicant Name
  • Applicant OneApp ID Number
  • A copy of the applicant’s birth certificate needs to be uploaded
  • Name of sibling currently attending Audubon
  • OneApp ID number of sibling currently attending Audubon
  • Birth Certificate of sibling currently attending Audubon
All in-person testing has been canceled.  The Admissions Office will contact you about scheduling testing sessions online.

Pre-K Tuition

Audubon Gentilly will offer tuition-based PK-3 and PK-4. Annual tuition is $5,100.00 for the year. Families can apply for tuition-based seats using OneApp. Applications must be completed online at The tuition seats will be offered to students who meet the following qualifications:

  • Resident(s) of Orleans Parish
  • PK-3: 3 years old by September 30th of the upcoming school year
  • PK-4: 4 years old by September 30th of the upcoming school year

Please note, an application does not guarantee admission into the Pre-K program. Audubon Gentilly has a limited number of seats available. Applicants who are not accepted will be placed on a waiting list.

PK-4 Tuition-Free LA4 Program

Audubon Gentilly will offer a limited number of tuition-free seats in its PK-4 program. Families must submit an application, with documentation to the EnrollNOLA office. Tuition-free seats will be offered to students who meet the following qualifications:

  • Resident(s) of Orleans Parish
  • 3 years old by September 30th of the upcoming school year
  • Meets income requirements and have income verified at the EnrollNOLA office within 7 days of application

Check your eligibility for Early Childhood HERE. To be included in the “at-risk” match for PK-3 Scholarship or LA4 programs, documentation must be provided to EnrollNOLA office no later than the application deadline of January 15th, 2020.

You must bring these documents with you to enroll in Early Childhood programs or waitlists (ages 6 weeks to 4 years old):

  • Parent photo ID
  • 2 Proofs of Orleans residency
  • Birth certificate for proof of age
  • 1 Proof of income for all members of the household contributing to the household income (not applicable for tuition-based programs)

Proof of age

Birth Certificate or Certificate of Live Birth

Proof of residency

Two (2) of the following documents are required for proof of residency:

  • Current rental lease agreement
  • Homestead Exemption in the parent’s name
  • Electricity/gas bill
  • Sewerage/water bill
  • Telephone bill (landline only)
  • Cable/internet service bill
  • A current official letter from a government agency (Department of Social Service, Department of Health & Hospitals, etc.)

Proof of income

One of the following documents is required for income verification:

  • SNAP Budget Sheet or Benefits Statement (for PK4 only)
  • Last four consecutive paychecks (if you work at least 40 hrs a week)
  • Letter from employer indicating:
    1. Where you are employed,
    2. Your hourly rate and frequency of pay
    3. Average hours worked a week
  • Most recent Social Security benefits statement
  • Most recent unemployment compensation statement
  • Alimony as shown in court decree or agreement
  • Most recent pension statements
