Audubon Annual Fund FAQs
What will my gift be used for?
Annual Fund gifts provide unrestricted funds to support the immediate needs of Audubon Charter School, both in our classrooms and across our campuses. In past years, Annual Fund gifts allowed us to:
• Improve our technology with Smartboards, laptops, and iPads
• Purchase new instructional materials and books
• Pay salaries for teaching assistants and interventionists
• Provide professional development opportunities for our teachers and staff, such as Montessori certification courses through the American Montessori Association and AEFE training seminars
• Make renovations and improvements to our facilities as needed
How much should I give?Gifts typically range between $100 - $5,000. We appreciate every donation made to Audubon and encourage our supporters to give at the highest level that best fits within their budgets.
In honor of our generous supporters, Audubon has established the following GIVING FLOCKS within our Rarebird Recognition Nest:
• $100 – Bronze Star Flock
• $250 – Silver Star Flock
• $500 – Gold Star Flock
• $1,000 – Honor Roll Flock
• $2,500 – Leadership Flock
• $5,000 – Benefactor Flock
Members of our Rarebird Giving Flocks receive special recognition on our website and invitations to donor appreciation events.
Are there different giving options?
Yes! We welcome our donors to select the Monthly Giving option so that you may choose a donation amount that best fits within your budget. We also encourage all parents to ask their employers if they offer a Matching Gift program. This is an easy way to double your donation by simply notifying your employer of your charitable gift.
When should I give?
Our Annual Fund campaign is a year-round campaign, and gifts are always accepted and appreciated. We do encourage gifts to be made during the school year so that when needs arise, we have the funds to meet them.
